This Privacy Policy describes how InPic (the “Application”) handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure experience.
The Application is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (“PII”) to our own servers or to any third parties.
The Application may request access to your device’s Photo Library to allow you to select images for encryption or decryption. We only access the images you explicitly select.
All image processing is performed locally on your device. No photos are uploaded, stored, or shared outside your device.
The Application offers premium features through Apple In-App Purchases. Transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
When you make a purchase, Apple handles your payment information. We only receive a confirmation receipt indicating that a purchase was successful in order to unlock premium features. We do not collect your credit card details, financial information, or payment credentials.
All image processing, encryption, and decryption are performed locally on your device. No user data, including original images, processed images, or encrypted files, is stored on our servers.
We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs that collect your personal data.
We do not collect any personal data. Since the Application does not collect personal data, no personal information from children is stored or transmitted by us.
Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All data remains on your device and under your control.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
